Allergen policy

Every product page lists the allergens in its recipe, from the 14 allergens that UK law requires us to declare: celery, cereals containing gluten, crustaceans, eggs, fish, lupin, milk, molluscs, mustard, nuts, peanuts, sesame, soya and sulphites. Where an allergen is not in the recipe but could be present, it is listed separately as may contain.

Our kitchen

Our kitchen is small and handles all 14 allergens, including nuts, peanuts, gluten, milk, egg, soya, sesame and mustard. We cannot guarantee that any item is free from traces, and we do not make allergen-free claims.

If someone has an allergy

Tell us in the order notes and call us on 01923 351 441 before you order. For a severe allergy we may advise you not to order. A note on the order is not a guarantee that we can cater for an allergy.

How food is packed

Dips come in sealed, labelled pots. Hot and cold items are packed separately. Every order comes with a printed contents card listing the allergens for each item.

Keeping information current

Recipes and suppliers can change, so always check the product page when you order. Allergen information is reviewed by our kitchen and the date of the last review is kept on file. Questions: info@aamcha.co.uk.
